Exchanges are made within 30 days from the date of the product purchase. They need to be accompanied by a proof of purchase or an exchange card and are only possible if the product is in good condition and the store has similar products in stock for sale.

Items that have been used, unpacked or worn as well as body hygiene, makeup, nail care, pierced earrings, underwear, cannot be returned.

Seasonal items e.g. swimwear, Christmas, Easter products etc after the end of the season, cannot be changed.

Items on offer are not exchangeable.

Refunds are made on the purchase amount paid.

Shopping products through Hondos Center online store cannot be returned to local stores but follow online store's return policy.
