HOW TO USE
Apply mixture to dry, unwashed hair.
Virgin hair colouring: Apply mixture evenly to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair and develop for 10 minutes. Apply remaining colour to roots and develop for another 30 minutes. Total development time: 40 minutes.
Regrowth colouring / Dual Apply PCC mixture to regrowth area only. Leave to develop for 10 minutes. Then apply Color Transformer mixture (see demi-permanent colouration) to mid-lengths and ends and leave to develop for another 20 minutes.
