Order Cancellation/ Return Policy
Once you receive relevant shipment confirmation e-mail, your order has already been processed / shipped and cannot be canceled.
However, after you have received your order, you are given the possibility to proceed with the return of the products by following the steps according to the return policy index.
If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation e-mail, you can contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Order Cancellation” by providing us your order details.
Please note that returns are possible according to the following conditions:
- You must inform the company within 14 calendar days from delivery. The delivery of the product should take place within the next 14 days. You can choose any Courier Service for the return.
- The products must be accompanied with the receipt of purchase.
- Packaging should not be destroyed.
- The product should not be altered, used or tested.
-The product must maintain its original condition that allows reselling. Unpacked products will not be accepted (the plastic folding has not been removed and the product is wrapped in the initial packaging including any accessories, manuals etc.)
- Special offers / sets must be returned as purchased
- Seasonal items have to be returned within the same season they were purchased.
Products are returned within 14 calendar days according to the following procedure:
Step 1: Contact Hondos Center Customer Care at 2130394000 or at email@example.com.
Step 2: Fill in the Return Form included in your order (you can also print it HERE) and include it in the packaging of your product with the receipt, making sure the package will reach its destination intact.
Step 3: Send the package to the following address. Company: LOGIKA, Georgiou Genimata , Thesi Plakoto 19018 Magoula, Tel. 2105552555, regarding Hondos Center E-Shop.

Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Hondos Center will take full responsibility of the shipping costs in the cases of a defective or non-compliance product.
After the return of the products at our warehouse (Logika) the condition of which we have received them, will be evaluated. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the products oblige to the Return Policy Conditions and the refund amount will be credited in same way that you have paid.
Specific product categories cannot be returned due to hygiene precautions:
Eyeliners, Mascara, Lip Gloss, Mascara, Nail Files, Nail Polish (and Base, Top Coats, Therapies), Hair Removal Tools, Eye Lash Curler, Nail Cutters, Scissors, Eye Pencils, Rasps, Lip Pencils, Brow Pencils, Deodorants, Hair Dyes, Shaving Accessories
