Order Cancellation/ Return Policy


RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

-Notify your intention to the Hondos Center customer service department (by email at customer.care@hondoscenter.gr or by phone at +30 2130394000) within 14 calendar days of the day you received your order.

-The service department will give the courier company (ACS Courier) the pickup order from the place you have stated that you wish to carry out (within Greece). Refunds must be made within 14 calendar days of the day you filed your request. -In the return parcel you should include the purchase receipt as well as the withdrawal form that was sent to you. Alternatively you can print it HERE.

-The package will be shipped to the Hondos Center E-shop warehouse. Company: LOGIKA, Georgiou Gennimata, Plateau Position 19018 Magoula, Contact Phone 2105552555 If the refund does not cover defective products terms, you will be charged with the shipping costs.

Return Cost: € 5 (if you choose ACS Courier *)

* By choosing ACS Courier for the return of your products, you will be benefited with the charge of € 5 (up to 2 kg).

 

REFUNDS OF NON - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

-The service department will give the courier company (General Post Office) the pickup order from the place you have stated that you wish to be carried out (within Greece). Returns must be processed within 14 calendar days of the day you filed your request. Alternatively you can proceed with the courier of your preference.

CHANGES OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

To ship the products to our warehouses, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Return. After receiving and evaluating the products we will need to proceed with refund and place a new order. As long as the change does not apply to defective products you will incur the following shipping costs:

Return Cost: € 5 (if you choose ACS Courier *)

New shipping costs: 2.5 €

In case you have paid on delivery you will be charged an additional fee: 1.90 €

* By selecting ACS Courier for the return of your products, you will be charged  €5 (up to 2 kg).

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In order to ship the products to our warehouses, you will need to follow the same steps as in the non-defective return case.

In case you receive a defective product or products which aren't comply with your initial order the products are returned exclusively by the General Post Office and the shipping costs are covered by Hondos Center.

In order to accept the returned parcel  and process to a change or refund the following requirements must be applied:

-The packaging should be in perfect condition without any damage or tears.

-The product must be not corrupted as well as not be tested or used.

- The product must not have come into direct contact with the skin- The product is in perfect condition so as to be allowed to be resold and hasn’t been unpacked (the wrapper has not been removed and is in its original closed or sealed packaging, with accessories, instructions, etc.).

- The whole package should be returned in case your order includes items from the offer category.

- Seasonal items are returned within the same season as purchased.


If you haven’t received a shipment confirmation e-mail, you can contact us via e-mail at customer.care@hondoscenter.gr with the subject “Order Cancellation” by providing us your order details.
Please note that returns are possible according to the following conditions:
- You must inform the company within 14 calendar days from delivery. The delivery of the product should take place within the next 14 days. You can choose any Courier Service for the return.

- The products must be accompanied with the receipt of purchase.
- Packaging shouldn't  be destroyed.
- The product shouldn't be altered, used or tested.
-The product must maintain its original condition that allows reselling. Unpacked products won't be accepted (the plastic folding hasn't been removed and the product is wrapped in the initial packaging including any accessories, manuals etc.)
- Special offers / sets must be returned as purchased.
- Seasonal items have to be returned within the same season they were purchased.

-In case the customer service department isn't informed of any of the above (returns / replacements / changes), the warehouse won't accept the parcel.

Note: If the Customer Service Department is not informed of any of the above (returns / replacements / changes), the warehouse will not accept the package.

Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the cases of a defective or non-compliant product, returns should be proceeded exclusively by Geniki Taxydromiki and Hondos Center will take full responsibility of the shipping costs.

Refunds (Applies only to eshop)

As soon as we receive the returned parcel, we will evaluate it and send you an e-mail. Once the requirements of the Return Terms are met, the refund amount will be credited in the same way that you have paid within 30 days after the day the parcel was received back at our warehouses. In case of a down payment, the ammount will be deposited on the account indicated on the withdrawal form.


After the return of the products at our warehouse (Logika) the condition of the returned items, will be evaluated. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the products oblige to the Return Policy Conditions and

Specific product categories cannot be returned due to hygiene precautions:
Eyeliners, Mascara, Lip Gloss, Mascara, Nail Files, Nail Polish (and Base, Top Coats, Therapies), Hair Removal Tools, Eye Lash Curler, Nail Cutters,consealer, Scissors, Eye Pencils, Rasps, Lip Pencils, Brow Pencils, Deodorants, Hair Dyes, Shaving Accessories

Note: If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail, you can send an e-mail at customer.care@hondoscenter.gr with the subject "Order Cancellation" and your order details. For your better convenience, the cancellation department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:00.
