Orders - Return & Exchange Policy


RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or part of it, you are able to return it within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order, by contacting Hondos Center’s Customer Service Department at +30 2130394000 or via email at customer.care@hondoscenter.gr.

2. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Do not forget to include the Return Form that was sent to you, alternatively you can print it HERE. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible and you must ensure that the products have not been altered, modified or used. It is not necessary to send the receipt, as it has been sent to you via email.

3. Our Customer Service Department will instruct the courier company (ACS Courier) to collect your parcel from the address you have stated you wish the receipt to take place*. The refund must be made within 14 calendar days of the day you registered your request. Alternatively, you can proceed to the return process with any courier company of your choice.

4. The parcel will be sent to the Hondos Center E-shop warehouse.

No returns are accepted at any other company address or at Hondos Center’s physical stores.
If the return does not concern defective products, you will be charged with shipping costs.
Return Expenses: 5€ (if you choose ACS Courier**)

*Orders and Returns are made only within Greece.
** You benefit from the preferential charge of 5€ (up to 2 kg) by choosing ACS Courier to return your products


REFUNDS OF NON – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (online orders only)
We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you have returned your order. Once the return process has been successfully completed and the return terms and conditions are met, we are obliged to refund you in the same way that your order was paid, within 30 days of us receiving the returned item(s) to our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

• Debit or credit card payment
Our refund will be issued to your original payment debit/credit card. When the return is processed, we will send you an email confirming your refund. (Payment Methods HERE).
• Your bank account
If you paid by cash on delivery, your payment will be refunded to the same bank account you have provide to our Customer Service Department by email (customer.care@hondoscenter.gr). However, some payment providers can take longer to credit your account. Please contact your bank for more details.
When the return is processed, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

CHANGES OF NON- DEFEVTIVE PRODUCTS
For non-defective product changes, you should follow the same steps as in the case of Returns, mentioned above.
After we receive and evaluate the products, the company will have to refund and you in turn re-register your order. If the change does not concern defective products, you will be charged with the following shipping costs:
Return Expenses: 5€ (if you choose ACS Courier*)
New shipping costs: 2,5€
In case you pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional fee: € 1.90

** You benefit from the preferential charge of 5€ (up to 2 kg) by choosing ACS Courier to return your products

RETURNS/ REPLACEMENTS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
To return / replace defective products, you must follow the same steps as in the case of Returns of non-defective products.
In the event of a defective product or non-compliance with the delivered products in connection with the order, the return of the products is made exclusively with the ACS Courier and the return costs are borne by the Hondos Center company.
In order for the return / change to be accepted, the following must apply:
• The packaging should be intact without damage and tears
• The product is not damaged and has not been tested / used
• The product has not come into direct contact with the skin
• The product is in perfect / excellent condition that allows its resale and has not been unpacked (the plastic wrap has not been removed and is in its original closed or sealed package, with accessories, instructions, etc.).
• The entire package must be returned in case of offers
• Seasonal items are returned within the same season purchased.

Note: If the Customer Service Department is not informed of any of the above (returns / replacements / changes), the warehouse will not accept the package.

GIFT RETURNS
If you want to return a gift, the person who made the purchase must follow the Returns procedure as described above, and he will also be the recipient of the refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For hygiene reasons the following products are NOT returned:
Eyeliners, Mascara, Lip Gloss, Eyebrow Mascara, Nail Polish ( also Nail Bases, Nail Top Coats & Nail Treatments), Hair Removal Tools, Eye Lash Curler, Nail Cutters, Nail Clippers, Nail Scissors, Rasps, Lip Pencils, Brow Pencils, Deodorants, Hair Dyes, Shaving Sets / Tools.

Note: If you have not received the confirmation email of your order you can send an email to customer.care@hondoscenter.gr with the subject "Order Cancellation" stating the details of your order.

For your convenience, the cancellation department is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 14:00.
